As Director of Development at Redstone, Myah plays a pivotal role in sourcing and executing retail development opportunities throughout the Southeast, with a primary focus on grocery-anchored and big-box retail projects. She oversees projects from acquisition through entitlements, permitting, through delivery, working closely with municipalities, consultants, landowners, and community stakeholders throughout the development process.

Leveraging relationships with brokers and retailers, Myah identifies new opportunities and advances projects from initial concept to completion. She works closely with tenants including Publix, Walmart, and a variety of national and regional outparcel users to create successful retail destinations. Her experience spans all phases of development and reflects a deep understanding of both tenant requirements and the complexities of bringing projects to market.

In her free time, Myah enjoys traveling to new places, taking classes at Barry’s, enjoying a skinny margarita, and spending time with family, friends, and her fox red Labrador Retriever, Reef.
