Kevin Joined the Redstone Investments team in 2024 bringing a strong background in retail real estate development. As the Director of Net Lease Development, Kevin is responsible for sourcing and managing all facets of Redstone’s ground up single-tenant projects, driving strategic growth across the platform.
Prior to joining Redstone, Kevin served as Development Manager at Circle K and as a Manager of Regional Real Estate at Wawa, where he led projects from site selection and negotiations through due diligence, entitlements, permitting, and construction turnover for both ground leases and acquisitions.
In his free time, Kevin enjoys staying active, golfing, being by the water, and spending time with friends, his wife Kristen, and their growing family.
