Kevin Joined the Redstone team in March of 2024. Prior to joining Redstone, Kevin worked for the Circle K Real Estate team as a Development Manager, and more recently, Wawa as a Manager of Regional Real Estate. During his tenure as a retailer, Kevin oversaw the real estate life cycle from site selection, PSA/lease negotiation, due diligence, entitlements, permitting, through construction turnover for both ground leases and acquisitions. As the Director of Net Lease Development, Kevin’s primary focus is the procurement of single tenant net lease projects and managing all facets of Redstone’s ground up single tenant developments.
In his free time, Kevin enjoys staying active, golfing, being by the water, and spending time with friends, his wife Kristen, and their growing family.
