Fred is a Senior Vice President with Redstone Investments, and is involved in national retail tenant relationships, site selection and the analysis of development opportunities.

Fred joined Redstone in 2008, bringing with him more than 40 years of real estate development experience. His career began in 1971 when he served as Vice President of Butler Enterprises, a shopping center development company out of Gainesville, Fla. From there he started his own company, Community Shopping Centers, Inc. in Orlando, Fla., where he directed the development of several million square feet of community and neighborhood shopping centers in the southeastern United States. In 1991, Fred took his many years of experience to the northeast where he did consulting, developing and brokerage for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., primarily in New York and New Jersey. Prior to joining Redstone, Fred served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate for National Retail Properties based out of Orlando, Fla. with assets of $3 billion. In this capacity he handled all aspects of numerous shopping center developments.

Fred is a licensed real estate broker and resides Winter Park, Fla., with his wife Martha, who is an abstract painter. They have five children and five grandchildren and love traveling and sports.
