Frank is active in the marketing of Redstone Asset Management Services and their exclusive listings. Since the early 1980s, he has been active in all phases of commercial real estate, specializing in raw land, industrial and office sales and leasing.
Prior to joining Redstone Asset Management Services Frank was CEO and co-owner of Ryon and Associates. Ryon and Associates was a commercial real estate company founded in 1988. During its 18 years of business Ryon and Associates managed over 4 million square feet of office, retail, and residential properties. During the early 1990s Ryon and Associates worked with REO departments of many banks and financial institutions helping to quickly facilitate the sale of distressed and foreclosed properties. During this process they provided management and their expertise to enhance the value and facilitate the sale.
Frank is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida. He previously held a seat on the Board of Directors for the Core Network and the Boy Scouts of America. He and his wife Nikki and two cats reside in Tampa. When not working in real estate, you’ll find Frank boating, biking or traveling.
