As a 10-year finance and real estate professional, Mr. Henderson began his career with the Alternative Investments Group at Raymond James Financial at their headquarters in St. Peterburg, Florida where he focused on the underwriting of institutional private equity funds. Mr. Henderson joined Redstone Funding in 2017 as a Senior Analyst and currently serves as Vice President of Loan Acquisitions. He is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities and the management and restructuring of existing assets in the portfolio.
He is a member of the Society of Real Estate Professionals (SOREP), the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Tampa Bay Watch. Mr. Henderson holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida. He currently holds an active Florida Real Estate license and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®).
As a Tampa native, he enjoys being on the boat with his wife Sara Katherine, son Parker and dog Finn.
