As the Director of Operations of Redstone Investments, Dori Levy applies her extensive expertise in management consulting and technology to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements and position the company for long-term growth. In addition to driving operational advancements, Dori also serves as an extension of Redstone’s development team applying her project management expertise to help scale Redstone’s growing pipeline of opportunities.
Prior to joining Redstone, Dori was a Manager in Deloitte's Human Capital Consulting practice, where she helped clients imagine and execute their future work strategy. In this role, she led complex and creative efforts to shape talent strategies, redesign learning experiences, integrate workforce solutions, and manage organizational change.
Her experience also includes over four years at Graphiq, a data technology start-up later acquired by Amazon. There, she held key roles in sales and revenue operations, performance marketing, and product management—developing and launching new products while managing financial models that shaped the company’s strategy.
Dori is actively engaged in the commercial real estate community, serving as a founding board member of the University of Michigan Women in Business Alumni Association and holding memberships in several industry organizations, including the Real Estate Finance Forum (REFF) Chicago, Urban Land Institute (ULI), CREW Tampa Bay and Chicago, and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
In her free time, Dori enjoys exploring the Chicago restaurant scene, working on her golf game, watching F1 races, practicing yoga, or playing with her rambunctious golden retriever ‘Weezie’.
