As the Director of Operations, Dori is leveraging her past experience in management consulting and technology to help Redstone continue building it’s organization for the future. She is responsible for managing strategic projects relating to the company’s financial, technological, and organizational operations.
Previously Dori was a Manager in Deloitte's Workforce Transformation Consulting practice, where she helped clients imagine and execute their future of work strategy. In this role, she led complex and creative efforts to shape talent strategy, redesign employee learning experiences, orchestrate both internal and external workers, and manage organizational change.
Prior to Deloitte, Dori spent 4+ years at Graphiq (a data technology start-up acquired by Amazon), where she held roles in sales and revenue operations, performance marketing, and ultimately product management. She was responsible for the development and launch of new products for the company, while also overseeing core financial models that informed the start-up’s strategy.
In her free time, Dori enjoys exploring the Chicago restaurant scene, working on her golf game, watching F1 races, practicing yoga, or playing with her rambunctious golden retriever ‘Weezie’.
