Apollo Beach, FL – September 2025 – Redstone Investments is well underway with construction on Wolf Creek Commons, a new Publix-anchored retail center on the south side of the Waterset community in Apollo Beach. The project will feature 11,700 square feet of retail space adjacent to the grocer and several outparcel pads for restaurants and services.

“Site work is actively progressing at Wolf Creek Commons, our latest Publix Shopping Center,” said Rich Harkins, Director of Construction at Redstone Investments. “All underground utilities are complete, the base course of paving is underway, and final grading of the outparcels is nearing completion.”

Harkins added, “Vertical construction on the Publix building has officially commenced, with footers set, masonry work in progress, and underground plumbing and electric systems being installed. The storeroom foundation is now fully poured and in place — a key milestone for the project.”

Supporting the Growing Waterset Community and Apollo Beach

Wolf Creek Commons is strategically located at the southern boundary of Waterset, a master-planned community that already includes more than 3,500 homes with another 1,500 approved, and just north of an Amazon Distribution Center employing over 2,500 people. Waterset has become one of South Hillsborough County’s most sought-after neighborhoods, offering residents quality schools, trails and community amenities.

As Apollo Beach continues to grow, Wolf Creek Commons will meet demand for convenient shopping and dining close to home. Anchored by Publix, the center will provide residents with essential services while introducing new restaurants, shops and services to the market.
