Redstone is proud to celebrate Katy Alderman, Senior Vice President of Redstone Commercial, on her 15-year anniversary with the company. Katy’s leadership, deep industry knowledge and commitment to client success have made her an invaluable part of the Redstone team and the broader Tampa Bay commercial real estate community.

Katy’s career spans more than 20 years in property management, beginning with roles at some of the country’s most prominent properties including the Chrysler Building in New York City, the Renaissance Park campus and Corporate Center buildings at Hidden River Park and International Plaza. In 2007, she joined Summit Advisors, when Redstone acquired Summit in 2010, Katy became part of the Redstone family. She was promoted to Vice President of Management Services in 2016 and in 2021, advanced to her current role as Senior Vice President.

Today, Katy oversees property management and leasing of an institutionally owned office and industrial portfolio in Tampa. She leads a dedicated team of property management professionals, guiding client strategy and fostering long-term relationships. Under her leadership, Redstone has delivered strong results across its portfolio, including major capital projects and ongoing management and leasing of Lincoln Center – Westshore, Acline Industrial, Crossroads Business Center and University Business Center. She reached record breaking occupancy levels in 2025.

Beyond her professional achievements, Katy is an active and respected leader in the community. She currently serves as a Board member of CREW Tampa Bay (Commercial Real Estate Women), Friends of the Tampa Riverwalk and Ridgewood Park Civic Association, along with being an active member of Westshore Alliance and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
